New videos coming the week of October 6th

New videos to be released soon. We are diving into the Eggs chapter. I’m really excited for it. Its things that I already know how to make. Huevos con… It is basically Huevos con recipes. Huevos con chorizo, Huevos a la Mexicana, I’m also adding chilaquiles con huevos. Chilaquiles is in the tortillas chapter, but, I’ve always considered it an eggs recipe. I will also try to make machaca. This is a problem, because, there aren’t places that sell the dried beef. If I can’t find it, then I won’t make it. Maybe I can find an alternative.
